HOW IT IS APPLIED?

You need to have a flat clean surface (preferable concrete). Make sure you have grounded the surface so it can be ready.

• Diamond grinding of concrete. This achieves a proper surface profile for maximum adhesion of the epoxy.
• Fixing of any cracks or pitting that may be there using polymer modified concrete or epoxy patch.
• Application of a basecoat of a 100% solids commercial grade epoxy primer.
• Broadcasting of decorative Quartz directly into the epoxy.
• Application of a final topcoat of Polyaspartic OR Aliphatic Epoxy. Later aluminum oxide can be broadcasted for creating a non-slip, textured floor.

Typical installation time is between 2-3 days.
